Participatory Budgeting results are in! Long Island City High School is proud to announce the winners of this year's Participatory Budgeting! Over 470 students voted this year, a record voter turnout and the student who presented the top three projects were celebrated with chicken and waffles during a ground-breaking check presentation ceremony!

LICHS had a successful evacuation drill at 1:55 PM today as part of our emergency preparedness training.
Students arriving early to school at LICHS were greeted with a surprise snack from our Zone 126 Partners! We encourage our students to come to school early to get breakfast every day and to make sure they are on time for their first class. All students who are on time for their first class today will receive Bulldog Bucks as part of our Pawsitivity Initiaitive! Keep coming on time and attending all of your classes, as we will continue to randomly recognize pawsitive student behavior throughout the year.
